SHIPPING POLICY

When you purchase goods from our Site (www.elizabethkellybooks.com) hereafter known as the Site), the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

Ebooks

Upon purchase, our ebook distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your Ebook.  The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your Ebook or deliver the file to your Kindle, iPhone, Android device, Nook, or Kobo.  If you do not see the download email, please check your Spam box, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.  If you have any issues accessing your purchased Ebook or do not receive a download email, visit https://bookfunnel.com/help/

Print Books

Print books are printed to order and shipped by BookVault.  Print time is usually 72 working hours.  After books are printed, they are packaged and shipped using a trackable shipping service.  Depending on your delivery address, additional shipping options may be offered to you upon checkout.

Average shipping times

To USA and Canada:  2 to 3 weeks

To UK:  1 to 2 weeks

To Europe: 1 to 2 weeks

To Australia:  2 to 3 weeks

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient if physical goods. The Site and BookVault are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
